Signal and Vibration Analysis Web Application
1. Purpose of the Application
This web application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) is provided for the purpose of performing signal analysis,
vibration analysis, and condition monitoring support in industrial and technical environments.
The Application is intended solely to provide analytical insights, visualizations, and decision-support information based on
the data and parameters supplied by the user.
The Application does not constitute an automated diagnostic system, nor does it replace professional expertise, engineering
judgment, or certified condition monitoring procedures.
2. User Responsibility and Parameter Configuration
The User acknowledges and agrees that the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of any results generated by the Application
are highly dependent on user-defined inputs, including but not limited to:
- Sensor selection, calibration, and placement
- Sampling frequency and acquisition conditions
- Signal preprocessing and conditioning
- Analysis method selection
- Windowing, filtering, scaling, thresholds, and interpretation criteria
The User remains solely responsible for ensuring that all parameters, configurations, and input data are appropriate,
technically valid, and compliant with applicable industry standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. No Automated Decision-Making or Certification
The Application does not provide certified diagnoses, maintenance instructions, safety determinations, or operational commands.
Any outputs generated by the Application shall be considered non-binding analytical indications and must not be interpreted
as final conclusions.
The Application is not certified to replace:
- Condition Monitoring Level I–IV analysts
- Reliability engineering expertise
- OEM recommendations
- Regulatory or safety authority requirements
4. Requirement for Expert Validation and Cross-Verification
The User expressly acknowledges that:

All results must be reviewed, validated, and interpreted by qualified personnel, such as vibration analysts, maintenance
engineers, or reliability specialists.

Cross-validation using independent tools, measurements, historical data, and engineering judgment is mandatory before any
decision, maintenance action, or operational change is undertaken.

No decision affecting equipment integrity, personnel safety, production continuity, or regulatory compliance shall be made
solely on the basis of the Application’s outputs.
5. Limitation of Use in Safety-Critical and Industrial Contexts
The Application must not be used as the sole basis for decisions involving:
- Personnel health and safety
- Emergency shutdowns
- Critical production processes
- Compliance with EU directives, national regulations, or safety standards
Final responsibility for any action taken based on the Application remains entirely with the User and their organization.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or correctness of results
- Availability, continuity, or error-free operation
No guarantee is made that the Application will detect all faults, anomalies, or failure modes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable EU law, the developers, owners, and contributors of the Application shall not be
held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages arising from:
- Use or misuse of the Application
- Interpretation or reliance on generated results
- Incorrect parameter configuration or data quality issues
- Decisions or actions taken based on the Application’s outputs
8. Compliance with Standards
The Application may be used in support of industrial standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13374, ISO 17359, or similar frameworks;
however, use of the Application alone does not ensure compliance with any standard, certification, or regulatory requirement.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and
Conditions in full, and acknowledge that professional expertise and independent validation remain mandatory for any industrial
or maintenance decision.

This application provides analytical support only. Results depend on user-defined parameters and data quality. Outputs must be
validated by qualified experts. The application does not replace professional judgment and must not be used as the sole basis
